Endurance!

Warmup: 10-15 min of jogging
Dynamic Stretches
1-mile fast run for time
Pushup Test: #pushups completed until failure
Wall-Sit Test: Hold a “wall-sit” until failure
Plank Test: Hold a forearm plank until failure
Extra Abs – 10 minutes
