Regular 60 Minute Class

This is is our “regular” class that lasts one hour. It’s a tough, interval training class with a mix of cardio and strength training (body weight and also with weights that you bring). *Saturday classes are now 45 minutes – but are this same format.

Express Class (30 Minutes)

This is an “express” or shortened version of our regular class. You will still get in an intense workout, but in less time. Read here for details.
