Regular 60 Minute Class
This is our full 60 minute class that meets from 6-7pm. This class is an intense interval class designed to get you fit, fast and strong! It’s for all-levels and abilities and our trainers can modify exercises for you if you have an injury, etc. However, these classes are tough – so come prepared to sweat!
