Partner Hill Drills:
4 hills – Running forward, backward, right shuffle, left shuffle + pushups – SWITCH
4 hills  + push-up plank holds with knee to elbow touch – SWITCH
4 hills + Standing Squat with knee to elbow twist – SWITCH

Circuit 1:
Stairs + plan variations
Circuit 2:
Suicide runs with jump split lunges
Sumo squat with weighted ball torso twist
Mountain climbers

Straight leg lowers right and left – “Windmill legs”
Reverse hip lifts – up hill
2 minute plank hold
