Pound and Pumpkins Workout THIS Weekend

Come join us this weekend for 2 fun classes in 1! Cari and Ebony will be teaching a fun “pumpkin workout” and Kelley will be leading a “Pound” class. The class will be held at Whole Foods Market on Waugh (the Montrose store) at 9am. We will be meeting outside the front of the store. We will be raising money for the Whole Kids Foundation – so a $5 donation is suggested and you can make your donation that morning at the store.

What is “Pound and Pumpkins”?? Well, Kelley teaches a fun new workout called “Pound” that uses weighted drumsticks to pound the ground. It’s a super fun workout and don’t worry…you don’t have to have great rhythm and there is no dancing ; ) The Pumpkin part comes from Bombshell Bootcamp! Every year in October we swap out our dumbbells for pumpkins to get in a great workout and have some fun. Whole Foods will let us borrow their pumpkins for the workout!

The class is open to the public and suitable for all ages and all levels. Kids are welcome to come but you must be 18 to participate in the workout. *We will also have some great giveaways including bootcamp packages, Whole Foods gift cards and more! Plus, everyone will get to sample a pumpkin Kize bar!
