We’ve teamed up with our friends at SocialWorkout.com to offer a virtual “Bombshell Bootcamp”! It’s a really cool free site that lets you track your workouts and engage with others that are doing challenges.
You can logon once a day or once a week and input your stats (ie if you completed each challenge). We are challenging you to complete 3 bootcamp workouts per week, along with a few other things! For those of you who aren’t doing our bootcamp this session – this is a great way for you to still workout with us! Carrie and I will be posting some of the actual workouts we do each week and possibly some workout videos as well.
