We are excited to be hosting a private workout for the Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA) on Wednesday March 7th from 6-7pm. The class is open to all members and is free to attend.
The workout will be suitable for all-levels and men and women are invited! You don’t need to bring any equipment. This will be a bodyweight workout with a mix of HIIT (high intensity interval training), Tabata and more!
The class will be held at our normal bootcamp location – along Buffalo Bayou just below the Sabine Street Bridge. You can park along Sabine Street, use the visitor center lot – or park in the City lot just east of the loft apartments. Visit our homepage for a map.
