Bombshell of The Week: Sarah

Fearday bootcampHow long have you been attending Bombshell Bootcamp?  “I’ve been attending bootcamp over a year. I’ve been here since the beginning!”

Why did you decide to try the camp? “I needed a change to my regular workout routine. I couldn’t make myself go to the gym and I was mad at myself for wasting money on a membership.”

What is your favorite workout we do at bootcamp? “I have a lot of fun with the Halloween workouts, but those pumpkins sure are heavy!”

Is there an exercise we do at bootcamp that you have a love/hate relationship with? “No Love/Hate…only hate! I have the hardest time with side planks.”

Have you lost weight, gotten faster or stronger and if so – can you tell us about it? “I have maintained my weight by continuing to go to bootcamp but have also been able to gain muscle. When I started the camp, I couldn’t even do 10 push ups.”

What advice do you have for new girls starting camp? “Stick with it. To me bootcamp is just another part of my daily routine. It’s like going to work! If I don’t give myself the option not to go…I go to bootcamp, get in a great workout, and feel good about myself when its over.”

What keeps you motivated? “Bootcamp is more of a fun activity that I do, so the ladies that continue to keep coming to bootcamp keep me motivated…and accountable!”

Would you recommend Bombshell Bootcamp to a friend?  How would you describe the camp to them?  “I’m always promoting the camp to co-workers. I describe the camp as difficult, but definitely do-able. The camp gets easier the more you show up!”

How would you describe the trainers: Cari & Carrie?  “Awesome! They know how to motivate me and are also very friendly.”

Tell us something fun or interesting about yourself that others at the camp may not know. “My wedding is May 11! Wahoo”
