Workout of The Day

Total Body 

*If you can’t make the class do the following similar workout:

-Warmup w/stairs and pushups
-5 minute cardio and strength drills alternating between the following (switch to the other, once you get fatigued):

  • Suicides/Stationary Sumo Squat w/torso twist
  • Crack hops (jumping)/Wall Sit
  • Burpees/Fast Shoulder presses
  • Jumping Jacks/Plank walk (low plank to high plank)/

10minutes of Abs
