*If you can’t make the class do the following similar workout:
-Warmup w/stairs and pushups
-5 minute cardio and strength drills alternating between the following (switch to the other, once you get fatigued):
- Suicides/Stationary Sumo Squat w/torso twist
- Crack hops (jumping)/Wall Sit
- Burpees/Fast Shoulder presses
- Jumping Jacks/Plank walk (low plank to high plank)/
10minutes of Abs
