We are currently in the middle of our Holiday Blast Camp – which is a min- camp designed to keep you on track for the holidays! As always, you are welcome to drop in any night for $15/class. Or, if you want to commit to the remainder of the classes (as of today there are 11) – we can prorate the $160 package price. We do offer a discount if you are a member of Fit Athletic Club. If you purchase a package (or pro-rated package in this case) you will get a trial membership to Fit.

We meet Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm along Buffalo Bayou. For a map and details click here. Everything on our “About Us” page is the same except for class dates, times and prices.

Coming in January (date TBD) we will start back with a full 6-week camp meeting 3 nights a week: Mon/Tues/Thurs from 6:30-7:30pm. We’ve also had some interest in morning classes and other times, so we will take your suggestions and possibly offer alternate class times!
