How long have you been attending Bombshell Bootcamp?
“Close to a year… Started April 2012”
Why did you decide to try the camp?
“I have always wanted to join a bootcamp but was hesitant. I think what drew me in the most was that it was targeted towards women, and what works for us.”
What is your favorite workout we do at bootcamp?
“Tabata Tuesday!!!”
Is there an exercise we do at bootcamp that you have a love/hate relationship with?
“Four corners- I know its a good workout for but those stairs are evil! Also hate testing day 🙂 “
Have you lost weight, gotten faster or stronger and if so – can you tell us about it?
“I have definitely lost weight, but overall I have gained strength and feel better about myself in general.”
What advice do you have for new girls starting camp?
“When you don’t feel like coming make yourself come because afterwards you will feel good that you did!”
What keeps you motivated?
“My wedding in May! “
Would you recommend Bombshell Bootcamp to a friend?
“Duh of course!! I have gotten lots of my friends to join! I would tell them that yes it is hard but that’s what I love about it. It pushes you to work harder and meet your goals. Also you will be amazed at what you can do!”
How would you describe the trainers: Cari & Carrie? “They are so nice and very motivating! Whenever I look at their legs I think I need to workout more haha!! They are so sweet and always help you out whenever you aren’t able to do a particular exercise. “
Tell us something fun or interesting about yourself that others at the camp may not know.
“I volunteered over in Ghana, Africa for 6 weeks and fell in love with the country! Also I have 2 cats, Bentley and Lola, who are the loves of my life! Good thing my fiance knows… whew! “
